Lorna's laces in Flame
my own handspun in various colors of red and pink. I have 4 more skeins drying as we speak.

I guess you could say that I am probably leaning more towards the Socks that rock. But, I would love to have your thoughts and opinions on these three yarns.

I just finished up a pair of STR socks, so I'm really swooning over it. Although all of your choices are lovely, I definitely vote for the STR.

I have used STR and love it and it would make a beautiful shawl, BUT, I think your yarn is beautiful too!!! and the colors would be great for the theme of the KAL.
All of them are beautiful yarns. Whatever one you finally choose will make a lovely shawl!
Normally i'd say the STR, but it's cold and dark outside! Go with the first so you've got some color to cheer you up :p they're all gorgeous though!
I would have used the Lorna & Lace yarn. It is spring and I would use light/bright colors.
I'd vote for the handspun -- it's lovely! The Lorna's Laces is color appropriate, but too busy IMHO. While the STR is also a gorgeous yarn, it's very dark, and if you have only a little experience with lace, you might have a hard time seeing your stitches and keeping track of where you are in the pattern with such a dark yarn (says she of the 54 year old eyes). Any of your choices would make a lovely shawl, but the handspun would be my choice.

I would use the STR! It's so pretty, and I love knitting with that yarn. Your handspun is also beautiful and would work really well. I'd steer away from the LL for this shawl because the colors are so different in tone, and it would compete with the lace.
Love them all, but I also vote for STR as it incorporates all my favorite colors!!!!

I like ths STR best, but think that the color is too dark for the theme. Lornas Laces is nice and bright, but the colors may overwhelm the design. Your handspun seems just right!

I'm using a similar color way, from Dream in Color, to the STR. So I have to vote for the STR, although I love th ecombo of pinks and yellows. Very pretty, but not my style. :)
I would go with the Blue Moon Fiber Arts. It's maybe not so bright, but the hint of colour is absolutely fabulous. It will be a headturner....
