Hunters hearing evaluation

well, Hunter had his hearing tested today. The left hear has normal hearing and the right ear has a 40% hearing loss at low tones. They were unable to do a complete hearing evaluation because he would not sit still and the audiologist had no patience to continue to work with him. The Dr. said that he wanted to wait until Hunter was closer to 7 before considering him for surgery to repair his right ear drum. So, I guess we wait some more. Oh well. In the meantime I'm going to start music therapy with the OT to see if that helps some with his sensory issues.
